This link will give you some idea about blood alcohol levels.

A man weighing approximately 180lbs would have to slam eight 12oz beers within one hour to get a blood alcohol level of 0.16. What do you think Bergson weighs?

I’m hoping this incident will bring attention to the dangers of driving drunk. I think we need people to step up and stop their friends who have been drinking from driving while intoxicated.

I can’t help but be curious about how Bergson got so wasted so early in the day. I want to know if anyone could have stopped him from driving drunk that day,

I don’t understand people like Claire and Patty (duke and patty) who want to say this is a private matter. I think this is serious stuff. Drunk drivers kill innocent sober people. I’m willing to forgive Bergson, but he is going to have to be honest about how he ended up driving wasted in Washburn County.

Well I guess from what I understand it says on Mayor Bergson's linces that he weights 180, I think that is what I read in the paper not sure. I would say he weights more then that but that is not for me to say.

I agree this is not a private matter for many reasons, the biggest is he is our Mayor and always represents the city. He was heading to a confrence on city time and the list goes on and on.

Yes the Mayor had a lot to drink and he needs to come clean with that. I believe we also need to know who and were he was drinking. It is my understanding that he was at a retirement party at city hall tell 4p.m. that day. If this is true it is my understanding you can't drik in city hall even for a retirement party.

I also hope that this brings awareness to drunk driving in Duluth, because you are right. Drunk driving never brings good results and I am glad in this case no one else was hurt but what about next time.

I also am very interested in how our Mayor got wasted in such either a short time from some time after 4p.m. to the time of the accident or he had to be drinking before that.

Duke and Patty would be all over it if it was lets say Jim Stauber, and just for the record I don't care who it is I would be this hard on anyone elected offical. We need drunk and driving to stop.

Thanks for the note and feel free to post weather you agree with what I say or not on any issue.
